Cancellation and Payment Policies
Standard Rates:
Free of charge: Cancellations and modifications made up to 48 hours before the arrival date.
80% of the total price: Later cancellations and modifications.
100% of the total price: Cancellations on the day of arrival as well as no-shows.
Payment: No advance payment is required. The invoice is settled on-site.
All stated prices include statutory value-added tax (VAT).
Exception: Non-Refundable Rates (e.g., Smart Rate / Early Bird Offer):
No flexibility: The standard right to free cancellation and modification does not apply to these rates.
Immediate payment: Upon completion of the booking, the total agreed invoice amount (100%) is due immediately and will be charged directly to the provided payment method (e.g., credit card).
No refund: This applies in the event of cancellation, modification, no-show, or early departure.
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in: 3:00 PM to 10:30 PM. (Late arrival is only possible with prior, explicit confirmation from the hotel).
Check-out: by 11:00 AM.
Children and Extra Beds
Children under 4 years: Stay free of charge in existing beds.
Baby cot: Available on request for €15 per night.
Extra bed: Available on request for €18 per night.
General House Rules
Non-smoking: All rooms and public indoor areas are strictly non-smoking zones. In case of violation, a special cleaning fee of €150 will be charged.
Pets: Allowed on request. The fee is €15 per pet, per night.
