Cancellation and Payment Policies
Cancellations and modifications made up to 48 hours prior to the date of arrival are free of charge.
Later cancellations and modifications will be charged at 80% of the total booking price.
Cancellations on the day of arrival, as well as no-shows, will be charged the total amount (100%).
No prepayment is required. The bill is to be settled on-site.
All stated prices include the statutory value-added tax (VAT).
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in: 3:00 PM to 10:30 PM (15:00 - 22:30). A later arrival is only possible upon prior, explicit confirmation by the hotel.
Check-out: until 11:00 AM.
Children and Extra Beds
All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing beds.
A baby cot is available upon request for €15 per night.
An extra bed is available upon request for €18 per night.
General House Rules
Non-Smoking: All rooms and public indoor areas are strictly non-smoking zones. In case of violation, we will charge a special cleaning fee of €150.
Pets: Pets are allowed upon request. We charge a fee of €15 per pet, per night.
